Misbehavior with the Warden Madam or the Management will not be tolerated and will lead to termination of admission.
Equipment such as Electric Iron, Heater, Gas, Stove, Induction, etc. are not allowed in the Room, only laptops can be used along with mobile.
No water wastage
No candidate should leave her room without being properly dressed. Short skirts/ Shorts are strictly prohibited.
Candidates failing to follow the In / Out timing restrictions will Face Disciplinary action.
Candidates should maintain silence, discipline, and decorum on the Premises and ensure that they do not disturb other candidates by their activities.
Visitors (Parents only) can visit in the visiting hours and are allowed to sit in the reception area only. Entry to the rooms is strictly prohibited.
Outsiders (Boys/Friends/Brothers) should not enter the premises for dropping candidates or any other purpose.
Candidates are advised not to keep ornaments, jewelry, or other valuables and big cash amounts with them. Management is not responsible for the loss/theft of any valuables or money.
The authorities or the Rector have the full right to enter and inspect the hostel rooms/toilet at any time they desire.
Candidates going out of station or staying out of the premises have to obtain prior approval of the rector in writing along with the application of request from parents.
Fixing of nails, sticking of posters, or any paper on the walls/furniture is not permitted. Any damages to the walls/furniture, the charges for same, will be recovered from occupants of the room. In case of illness or accident, the rector should be informed accordingly.
For the purpose of discipline and convenience of the management, the Rector has the right and authority to change the room allotted to a candidate and even during the term.
Candidates found under the influence or possession of Alcohol, Cigarettes, Tobacco, Drugs, or any such similar items will be expelled.
The Management has the right to add or remove any facility provided at any time during the term.
The management has the right to change any of the rules at any time without any notice. The candidates are deemed to have read these rules and agree to be bound by them.
